Repairs and Maintenance
The quickest and most efficient way to report maintenance and repair issues to us is via the yellow spanner tab on this website. This will direct you to a helpful menu which gives us all of the information that we need to raise a repair request. There is also a facility to add photographs - please use this facility if you can.
If you have an issue that requires immediate attention (i.e. there is water pouring in from the roof) please contact us as soon as possible by calling our office on 0131 476 5500.
Who is responsible for the cost of maintenance and repairs?
Where the need for repair is not due to the fault of a tenant, then the landlord is responsible for the cost of maintenance and repairs. Tenants will be liable for the cost of repairs where the need for them is due to the tenants fault or negligence, the fault or negligence of any person residing with them, or the fault or negligence of their guests.
Other maintenance and repair issues
If your query is not an emergency (i.e. there is a minor leak or something needs fixed) you can either call our office on 0131 476 5500 or email us via our website to report any general maintenance and repairs issues.
If you lose your keys, you can call our office between 9am-5pm Monday to Friday on 0131 476 5500 to arrange a time to pick up spares. If you need to access your property out with our office hours and don’t have keys you will have to call a locksmith.
