As the new year starts with resolutions for some, ours is beginning with a bang and a big welcome to our new Managing Director, Ken Bell.
Many of you will know Ken well; he has been an integral member of the 1Let team for over 13 years.
Ken's resolution was to take over the reins of 1Let as the new owner and we are delighted this has now happened.
1Let was founded by Ewan and Fiona McLean-Foreman twenty years ago, although the name "1Let" did not appear until 2007. Ken was a significant early addition to the business in 2008 and has since become increasingly responsible for the day to day running of the company. It was a unanimous and natural choice that Ken and his family would acquire 1Let when Ewan and Fiona retired.
We are confident Ken's extensive experience and knowledge will continue to benefit and support both our landlord and tenant customers.
With an eye for detail and customer satisfaction at the core, Ken, and the team at 1Let, have exciting plans for 2022.
