“We initially viewed the property, and were shown around by Aga. From the outset, Aga was very helpful and answered any questions that we had while viewing the property. On the day we moved, we got the keys from the inventory company that they use exactly on time. The inventory was also really thorough - noticing things that we probably would never have seen ourselves. There were a few minor cleanliness issues that were picked up on (inside of oven door and underneath the toilet bowl) which were barely even noticeable, but because they were picked up in the inventory, 1Let sent a cleaner out within 2 days to rectify them.
There were one or two maintenance issues which the previous tenants had obviously not reported, but we submitted a request online to get these things fixed. Within a day or two, the handyman was in touch to organise a convenient time for him to come and fix them. Ewan, then handyman, was absolutely excellent and very knowledgable (really nice guy too).
All in all, everything has been fantastic and we can't really fault 1Let at all! Hopefully everything will be just as smooth with it comes to the end of the tenancy. Would highly recommend!”
