  • How can I get a return on my investment and make sure that the property will re-sell when the time comes?    
    These factors can often compete. A property that is likely to increase in value and be easy to re-sell might be more expensive to buy in the first place, and it usually offers a smaller yield (return on investment) than a less expensive property with similar characteristics. This is where having a clear idea of what you want to achieve down the line is key.
  • What sector of the rental market should I be aiming at?
    Landlords need to understand the sector of the market that they are aiming at and the key priorities within this sector. Location, size, and accessibility are all important things to consider when you’re thinking about what target market would suit you best.
  • How much time and effort do I want to spend on my property?
    Good properties are harder to find than average ones, and maintaining them can take some time and effort. But, with a reliable letting agency in your corner, the task becomes a whole lot easier.
  • What physical factors should I be aware of?
