"One of the best Letting agents in Edinburgh. I have been renting in Edinburgh for the last 5 years and have dealt with different agencies in that time. 1Let have been by far the easiest to deal with.
They are very quick to resolve issues when they arise and do not argue over whether or not repairs have to take place. Broken appliances have been promptly replaced and when I contact them they always reply within a day. Moving in was easy with one of their agents meeting me at the property to show me around and go through the inventory. I can't comment on moving out yet as I'm still with them, but do not expect any problems there either."
