All good businesses have one thing in common, they all work really hard on their customer care. It is such an easy thing to say, but the consistent delivery of excellent customer care requires constant work and effort.
As we entered 2021 we decided not to over complicate things and prioritise just 2 things this year - looking after our customers and looking after each other.
So far we are really pleased with the results. The team has never been stronger and despite lockdown #2 our customer care is where it needs to be.
