While other letting agencies seem to be working solely for the landlord and on maximising their income, 1Let seem to balance their obligations to the landlords and the tenants very well. Overall, they are a very professional companies, with dedicated employees. We also loved our moving-in gift!"

I needed entry to the flat to remove an item and I did not have the key so I called 1 Let and Ken came down from the office to delivery the key. Amazing!!!
