"The process of renting through 1LET was a positive experience.It was well organised and I was kept informed throughout . Staff were always friendly and available to talk to . When I took over the flat I was met at the property by a representative which resulted in a detailed report of the property and it cleanliness. The only downside was the flat was not ( in my opinion ) cleaned to a good standard by the previous tenant. However I would happily recommend 1LET and I now have an allocated member of staff I can direct any questions to throughout my tenancy ."
