For example, when the neighbours above had a significant water leak through our bathroom light 1Let had someone out that day to sort it out and as they knew the landlord above he was also notified quickly and fixed the pipes involved. During winter, when we had an issue with our boiler, 1Let were able to send someone out that day to fix it so we weren't without cold water.\r\n\r\nThey are the best letting agents we have ever had and we would recommend renting a property from 1Let to everyone!"
