"I have rented my flat out for over 10 years with a couple of agents but recently moved to 1Let. I realised immediately that I was going to receive a higher level of service than ever before from a team that were truly interested in their client's interests. I have been dealing with Ken Bell who has been great in giving advice on how to optimise the flat for the market but it is clear he is part of a team with like-minded dedication. Ken advised I undertake some remedial work to the flat and arranged great tradesmen to do the work. The result is a near doubling of the rent. Remarkable but true! And even though didn't Ken earn any fees during the refurbishment phase he and his team remained responsive and no problem was too small. This was important to me as I live overseas and need boots on the ground to sort out some issues. Their umbrella landlord insurance policy was also good value compared to my current insurer and I have made the switch. To top it off, Ken found new tenants within days of the property hitting the market. Ken and 1Let have helped me immensely and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them over any other agent I have used previously."

"My experience with 1Let was definitely great! When we moved in Edinburgh, my partner and me were a little bit worried about all the process of finding a flat, from the research and the application for the property to the paperwork for renting it. However, 1Let staff made it very simple, explaining the whole procedure step by step in a very accurate way: they have been at the same time friendly but very professional. They helped us with the council tax and the electricity supplier and provided us with many useful advice on internet providers and other stuff. The staff also answer to any question/mail within a day, and they are prompt in solving any problem may occur in the rented property. I would absolutely recommend 1Let!"
