"I must say renting a house with 1LET was as smooth as it could be. Kim R was my property manager and from day 1 she has helped me to have as much information clearly as she can for the house. You do not expect the best of everything during COVID but i did not feel even for a second that there was any difficulty renting the property. Although their was virtual viewing at the start, they offered me to view the house after my docs were verified and i was happy with the virtual viewing. Everything was very quick and easy.I must mention that i had reached out to other property agents too but 1LET was the most helpful and smooth ! "At last - a letting agent that looks after the landlord as well as the tenant. After years of putting up with a letting agent who did little to look after our interests, 1Let are a breath of fresh air. From the outset they were responsive, professional, knowledgeable and fair. They understood the rental market value without over promising, and soon found us quality tenants. They are on top of all the statutory requirements and make sure that any maintenance is addressed promptly using tradesmen who are known to 1let and who do not overcharge. They are also happy for the landlord to nominate their own tradesmen. Their home insurance is competitive too.
