"At last - a letting agent that looks after the landlord as well as the tenant. After years of putting up with a letting agent who did little to look after our interests, 1Let are a breath of fresh air. From the outset they were responsive, professional, knowledgeable and fair. They understood the rental market value without over promising, and soon found us quality tenants. They are on top of all the statutory requirements and make sure that any maintenance is addressed promptly using tradesmen who are known to 1let and who do not overcharge.
