"My experience with 1LET was efficient and enjoyable. I was looking for a property within Edinburgh City Centre within a set time period. Ken and the rest of the team at 1LET Edinburgh were able to assist me in securing a beautiful property at Gardner's Crescent in the West End. Very approachable staff from first introduction and I am fully aware they are only a phone call away should I require any further assistance regarding my chosen property. Overall, no complaints, would highly recommend.

"Ken has an open, positive approach to getting the job done. He gave sound advise on legal issues for a landlord, he organised all the checks, he advised on improvements and was prompt to respond to any questions. The contract was clearly explained, he was patient with our specific queries and concerns. He was good/accurate at suggesting a rental price, and done what he said he would do - the property rent out very quickly, much quicker than we thought it would.
