"We bought this flat in 2002 and have used 1 Let as our letting agent for it, and at times for another flat, for Ten years. 1 LET have been excellent; the flat always let, maintenance and safety checks meticulously carried out, and they have found tenants who have looked after the flat and left it in good condition. And now that we have decided to sell the flat, 1 LET have helped us to organise minor maintenance and redecoration to prepare for selling.

"As a first time landlord I really appreciated Ken taking the time on our first meeting to ensure I fully understood all the necessary requirements and conditions I needed to fulfil in advance of showing my property for rental. Ken offered constructive advice and opinions, presented solutions and identified where he and his company could best help me get a smooth service.
After that first meeting I really didn't need to worry much about the process. Ken kept me informed regularly on the status of the viewings and of potential tenants. He then carried out all the necessary paperwork and checks with no fuss and no interventions or prompts required by me.
